Full Stack Engineer

As a full stack developer, You will contribute to leading the engineering team and shaping the technical strategy, and ensure delivery of a scalable and secure AI platform. You will work closely with product leadership and founders, balancing technical leadership with hands-on engineering expertise.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to leading and growing the engineering team
• Support the definition and evolution of the technical vision and architecture
• Ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality software delivery
• Oversee modern development processes and CI/CD workflows
• Collaborate with product and leadership on technical strategy
• Support hiring and scaling of the development team

• Strong background in modern web technologies (React / Next.js, Node.js)
• Experience with PostgreSQL and REST APIs
• Understanding of software architecture and scalable systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience leading software team
• Fluent English

• Experience with AI-driven products
• Background in healthcare or life sciences
• Experience building SaaS platforms
