Descripción We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Software Engineer to help design, build and maintain high-quality features for our products. While the role is primarily backend-focused, you may occasionally contribute to frontend work. We are therefore looking for someone who is comfortable with this and open to working across the stack when needed.

You will work across all phases of the development lifecycle - requirements, design, coding, testing, documentation and maintenance - while collaborating closely with Product Management, QA and other engineering teams.

You will contribute to continuous improvement, resolve issues across multiple environments (QA, pre-production, production), and help ensure that our software is robust, scalable and aligned with customer expectations.

Responsabilidades principales * Design, develop and maintain high-quality software across all phases of the lifecycle (requirements, design, code, documentation, etc.).

• Resolve defects and bugs across QA, pre-production, production and post-release patches.
• Contribute to quality activities including peer reviews of estimates, designs and code.
• Work cross-functionally with Product Management, QA/XD, other product lines and business units to drive results.
• Maintain documentation describing logic, configuration, coding, testing and changes where applicable.
• Continuously strive to improve existing products, systems and services.
• Provide 3rd-tier support and expertise for your area of responsibility.
• Stay up to date with state-of-the-art development tools and techniques.
• Be an active and enthusiastic team player, committed to team success and positive team dynamics.

Our current stack includes C# and JavaScript on the backend, with Azure as our cloud platform. That said, we are open to candidates from any technical background - what matters most is your ability and willingness to adapt. You should be comfortable picking up new languages and tools as the role evolves, rather than being tied to a specific technology.

Languages

• French - required (the role directly supports the French market; accurate understanding of functional, legal and regulatory requirements depends on it).
• English - required (working language for technical documentation and cross-team communication).
• Spanish is a plus, but not required.
