Job description

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce to support clinical and commercial activities.
  • Lead the migration of existing automation (for example, Process Builder) to Salesforce Flow, ensuring reliable and efficient processes.
  • Improve data quality by leading data clean-up, de-duplication, and ongoing data management activities.
  • Work with colleagues across teams to design and maintain automated journeys for referrals, leads, and patient communications.
  • Create clear reports and dashboards that help teams understand performance and make informed decisions.
  • Explain CRM changes and options in straightforward language to colleagues who do not have a technical background, and support them to use the system effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
  • Strong skills in Salesforce Flow and process automation; experience with OmniStudio or healthcare technology is beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to work with data, identify issues, and improve data quality.
  • Clear and respectful communication skills, with the ability to work well with people in different roles and at different levels.
  • Organised and able to manage workload and priorities in a busy environment.
