If you are enthusiastic about developing, designing, maintaining and validating production tests, we invite you to join our Power Conversion Team., We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Production Test Automation Engineer to join our team in Eindhoven. The Production Test Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing and engineering fully automated test setups for products manufactured in our production lines. These setups are essential for product qualification and automated testing, requiring a multi-disciplinary approach with a strong focus on electrical engineering and software development. The ideal candidate will possess a system-level mindset and excel in both hardware and software aspects of the role., * Design and engineer, alone or with a team, fully automated test setups for products manufactured in Prodrive Technologies production lines

Develop software to control and automate test setups, ensuring reliability, efficiency, diagnostics and accuracy

Design and implement hardware components, including circuit boards, sensors, actuators, and interfaces, to support automated testing

Collaborate with design team and review early in product development process to ensure Design for Test

Optimize test setups for efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness, considering factors such as throughput, cycle time, and resource utilization

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in systems design and development, with a focus on hardware and software integration
- Proficiency in software development languages and tools, such as C/C++ and Python
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, including analog and digital circuit design, PCB layout, and signal processing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

- Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely
