Role: OutSystems Developer We are looking for an OutSystems Developer to help drive digital service delivery. In this role, you will build smart, low-code software solutions that add tangible value to the organization and its customers. You will translate business requirements into functional solutions and work closely with IT teams and various business units. Using your expertise in software development and the OutSystems platform, you will optimize processes and ensure applications perform efficiently and reliably. Key Responsibilities - Develop, test, and deliver new application functionality using OutSystems. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance software solutions. - Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and maintain continuity of IT services. - Innovate and improve development practices by sharing knowledge, conducting code reviews, and experimenting with new techniques. - Take ownership of your work, contributing directly to releases, deployments, and team goals. - Optimize developer experience and standardize processes using CI/CD, testing, and release tools.

Experience with OutSystems or other low-code platforms. - Strong software development skills, including APIs, integrations, and data management. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and improving applications based on feedback. - Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach to technical problems. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of your code. - Focus on writing maintainable, high-quality software. - Continuous learning mindset and willingness to share knowledge with colleagues.
