IT Asset Manager

Your roleAs our IT Asset Manager, you will be accountable for managing IT assets across mid tier publishers, ensuring deployment data is accurate, compliant, and aligned with organisational standards. You will analyse deployment information, work closely with stakeholders, and coordinate corrective actions to address noncompliance, policy breaches, or risks relating to software licence agreements. You will contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of asset management strategies, policies, standards, and procedures, while maintaining the integrity of all asset information within your remit. Your role includes optimising publisher specific strategies, providing clear and insightful reporting on asset performance, and evidencing process effectiveness and data quality. You will also support the adoption of new technologies, using automation where possible to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and overall operational maturity. Pay: We offer competitive pay of £38,772.

Pension: You'll get a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions of 28.97%, worth £11,232 per year.

Holidays: A generous leave package starting at 24 days rising to 26 after one year. You can also take up to 3 extra days off a month on flexi-time. You'll also get all the usual public holidays.
