Job description
You'll be joining a busy Service Desk environment, acting as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and playing a key role in keeping the business running smoothly.
The role
- Providing first-line support via phone, in person, and onsite at the head office
- Logging and managing incidents and requests through the ITSM system
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently, with a focus on first-time fixes
- Escalating complex issues with clear and detailed documentation
- Delivering a high standard of customer service to internal users and external partners
