About You We're looking for someone with: ONC (or equivalent) in mechanical or electrical engineering, plus apprenticeship completion. NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a secondary mechanical/electrical discipline. Experience in a maintenance department, ideally within food manufacturing or processing. Knowledge of PLCs (preferably Siemens). Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and procedures (COSHH, working at heights, confined spaces). Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work under pressure. A team player attitude, effective communication skills, and computer literacy (Excel, maintenance software).
