A well-established and highly respected engineering technology business is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join its growing UK team. This role is primarily focused on supporting customers on-site with the installation, maintenance and repair of CNC machinery. You will carry out hands-on fault-finding and diagnostics across mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems, resolving complex breakdowns and ensuring equipment operates at optimal performance. The Role * Installation and commissioning of CNC machinery * Mechanical and electrical fault finding, diagnostics and breakdown repair * Planned preventative maintenance and servicing * PLC diagnostics and system troubleshooting * On-site customer training and operational guidance * Producing clear, professional service reports * Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction What We're Looking For * Proven experience working on CNC machinery * Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding capability * Field service engineering background * Ability to work independently and travel alone * Strong problem-solving mindset * Full UK driving licence What's on Offer * Basic salary £44,000 + Door to Door & Overtime (Typical earnings £55,000) * Company vehicle (van or hybrid, in line with company policy) * Health Cash Plan * Private healthcare (available) * Ongoing technical training and development This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, technically advanced organisation with a strong presence in the CNC machinery market.
