Job description
We are working with a lovely not-for-profit organisation, who are looking for a part-time Publishing Administrator. This role is 21 hours per week (Ideally three days a week, including Wednesday in the London office), and two days working from home.
As Publishing Administrator, you will report directly to the Publisher while collaborating with team members to ensure the smooth running of the publishing department.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
· Arranging meetings, both internal and external, for the publications team, including booking venues and coordinating tutorials and senior editorial board meetings
· Process annual and quarterly fees for editorial board members across four in-house managed journals, maintaining accurate records; managing invoices, remittance advice forms, and correspondence as needed.
· Ensure accurate records of key documents are maintained and stored correctly and assist the Associate Director of Publishing with contracts and legal documents.
· Providing additional administrative support in areas such as journal development initiatives, website updates in collaboration with the communications team, and travel arrangements for conferences., Great new Talent (Recruitment) Business Partner opportunity with this high-profile publishing and media company.
