Working alongside the payroll operations team and the implementation team to ensure new and existing clients are onboarded. This business offers hybrid work (2days in the office), excellent benefits and the opportunity to work for a successful and growing business. Your new role Reporting to the Senior Payroll Manager, in your new role, you will ensure the payroll services are implemented/transitioned efficiently to a high standard for a smooth payroll journey. You work alongside the Payroll operational team to ensure the payroll is delivered accurately and on time. You will be an expert in data migration, parallel runs and testing to ensure payroll balances. Experience working within a bureau or multi-payroll and high-volume payslip environment is essential, along with a strong knowledge of Midland I-Trent system would also be essential to all applications. UK VISA SPONSORSHIP IS NOT AVAILABLE What you'll need to succeed You will have a strong background in UK payroll management, have worked with large payroll systems such as I-Trent, SAP, ADP, Workday or Oracle. The ideal candidate will already have experience in a high volume bureau, be agile and be able to work in a fast-paced business with continuous projects and change. To be able to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to lead on new/existing payroll acquisition implementations, and support the client/s through change, to also ensure the payroll is implemented accurately and in a timely manner.
