clients.Your Key Responsibilities In your role as an EY Senior Manager you will have responsibility for designing & delivering our technology projects within our client base. You will be expected to:Manage a project team on a client-facing engagement, working effectively across the full lifecycle delivery of a large, complex technology programme whilst managing project financialsDesign complex data & analytics solutions which meet the requirements of our clients and are in line with leading practices. This will be focused on an SAP core but will include reach of solutions on hybrid SAP and non-SAP landscapesEngage and collaborate with clients' stakeholders across all levels of the organisationBuild excellent client relationships and drive sales and opportunities in the marketWork as part of a high performing team, mentoring junior members of staffSkills And Attributes For Success You will have knowledge and experience of the following:SAP certification in BDC, SAC or equivalent experienceAbility to create complex system architectures from designing SAP data & analytics solutions to meet business functional requirements to proposing wider system landscape solutions to integrate with wider system landscapes (including hybrid SAP and non-SAP environments)Positioning the features and limitations of SAP data & analytics tools, including SAC vs other non-SAP reporting tools and the use of SAP BDC in an integration pattern with a non-SAP cloud platform, and the wider benefits of SAP BDC vs other cloud platformsUnderstanding and experience of leading practices for architecting and building SAP data & analytics solutions covering:SAP Datasphere / SAP BW/4HANA and/or SAP BW and/or BW on HANA (inc. SAP BW ABAP) / Native HANA design and implementationData extraction mechanisms including ODP extractions (CDS, SAPI)Data modelling concepts and best practices using layered scalable architecture (LSA/LSA++) and medallion architectureData provisioning and orchestration including Datasphere DataFlows, replication flows, task chains / process chains and job orchestrationCross-system integration, combining SAP and non-SAP sources using SAP Datasphere integration services, HANA Smart Data Access (SDA), or Smart Data Integration (SDI)Query and semantic modelling (BEx, BW/4HANA Queries, Datasphere Analytic Models) for scalable consumption through SAP and non-SAP reporting layersSAP reporting solutions using S/4 embedded analytics and SAP Analytics CloudGood understanding of multiple SAP process areas (expert in at least one), and familiarity with multiple and how this data is structured in S/4 HANA / ECC with experience designing end to end data analytical models (source SAP to Datawarehouse to report/application) in at least this areaMultiple hands-on, full lifecycle project delivery experiences (Build, Test & Deploy phases) including ownership and accountability for a team responsible for workshop planning and delivery, requirements & backlog definition, data model design / build, report and application design/build, creation of Functional & Technical specifications and system configuration. Strong experience in large scale transformation governance process (change control, RAID, contracting etc).System administration tasks on SAP data & analytics tools such as transport / content promotion processSecurity implementation in SAP tools (data access control, row-level security, and audit capabilities)Understanding of the sales process, from opportunity through to delivery, with technical expertise to determine how SAP Data & Analytics tools can provide value for clients with the ability to meaningfully contribute to bids to win workTo qualify for the role you must haveDemonstrable ability to manage large, complex programmesUnderstanding of the full life cycle of SAP Enterprise Data & Analytics implementations both in terms of project delivery and the financial managementExperience working with waterfall and agile delivery methodologiesExperience delivering large scale Enterprise Data & Analytics projectsExperience designing complex data & analytics solutions in hybrid SAP and non-SAP environmentsExcellent communication skills and ability to build 'Trusted Adviser' relationshipsStrong presentation skillsProven sales expertiseWillingness to travel as required in relation to working at Client Sites on specific engagementsAn understanding of the SAP Data & Analytics tool roadmap and industry trendsIdeally, you'll also haveStrong experience in non-SAP cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake etc)Experience with SAP Group ReportingIndustry / sector expertise would be advantageousSAP AI product delivery experienceWhat We Look For You will be comfortable working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, where you operate collaboratively with clients to help them digitize their business processes utilizing the latest SAP
