Technical Support Specialist II

An established HVAC distribution business is looking for a Technical Support Specialist with strong HVAC system knowledge to provide diagnostic support for residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and parts.The Technical Support Specialist will support contractors and technicians remotely, guiding them through structured troubleshooting processes to identify root causes of equipment issues.
