We are seeking a Workflow Helpdesk Technician to join our Professional Services team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for graduates or candidates with limited professional experience who are passionate about technology and eager to develop their career.
In this role, you will:
- Support our customers and internal teams with IT and workflow solutions.
- Work with a variety of software products, learning how to integrate them into client environments.
- Log and track activities and support tickets, adhering to service standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver projects and maintain excellent customer service.
A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This role can either be remote or hyrbid. Requirements
- Basic coding knowledge: Exposure to JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or similar through coursework or personal projects.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to follow guidance and work under supervision.
- General IT understanding: Awareness of workflow software or willingness to learn, with enthusiasm for technology.
