An understanding of JavaScript and how it applies to test automation. Working knowledge of Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) and writing meaningful, readable test scenarios. Strong test analysis, preparation, and execution skills across the full testing lifecycle. Ability to break down requirements to user-story level and identifying edge cases and risk areas. A pragmatic, detail-driven mindset with the ability to balance quality with delivery. Ability to work within existing processes while constructively challenging and improving them.Desirable* Experience in FinTech, Payments, or other regulated environments. Understanding of PHP or similar development language. Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Cypress, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
