Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure AS400 COBOL software modules, interfaces, and components.
Deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and project timelines.
Identify and explore new business solutions to enhance application functionality and improve user experience.
Follow established application design standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of AS400 applications.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
Raise risks or issues proactively and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3- 5 years of experience in AS400 COBOL development.
Experience working in the banking domain, preferably within the payments domain.
Strong working knowledge of AS400, COBOL, SQL, and DB2 databases.
Familiarity with JIRA and ALDON for project tracking and version control.
Experience working across the complete software delivery lifecycle and maintaining AS400 applications.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders across different levels and diverse teams.
Experience working directly with clients and providing technical support.
