Job description
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) who will take ownership of our design language and user experience. You won't just create interfaces-you'll define how our products feel and function. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to transform complex requirements into elegant, usable solutions.
Why Work With Us?
The Environment: Our office is located in Canary Wharf, London, with bright, inspiring workspaces designed to fuel creativity and collaboration.
Design Maturity: We value design and its role in shaping our products. Your expertise will influence decisions from day one.
Modern Stack: We work fully in Figma and our development team uses React, so your designs translate seamlessly into code.
Growth: You'll have access to a professional development budget to attend top design conferences and workshops to keep your skills sharp.
Key Responsibilities
Design System Ownership: Maintain and evolve our component library. Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
End-to-End Design: Lead the design process from initial discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff.
Team Collaboration: Mentor junior designers, conduct design reviews, and provide actionable feedback that elevates the team's work.
User Research: Conduct user testing and analyze data to validate assumptions before development begins.
Stakeholder Communication: Present your design rationale clearly to product managers, engineers, and leadership. Explain why solutions work, not just how they look.
Requirements
Do you have experience in UX?, Experience: 5+ years in UX/UI or Product Design, with leadership, mentorship, or cross-functional collaboration experience.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, process, and results. Case studies are essential.
Tooling: Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping). Familiarity with design systems is a plus.
Mindset: Pragmatic and user-focused. You know when to push for perfection and when to ship a viable solution.
Communication: Excellent English communication skills for collaboration with global teams and documentation.
