As the business expands, they are looking to onboard a DevOps SysAdmin to support teams across the business for both internal and hosted infrastructures including hardware, operating systems and server-based applications.As a Senior DevOps Systems Administrator, you'll lead automation efforts, work with cutting-edge tools, and be trusted to make key decisions that influence the direction of the business. The DevOps Engineer will help architect robust hybrid cloud solutions and streamline infrastructure with tools like Terraform, Ansible, and GitHub Actions. You'll be working in a collaborative environment that invests in your development - with clear progression, technical certifications, and the opportunity to mentor others whilst growing your leadership skills.Key Responsibilities will include:
- Design, deploy and support infrastructure across AWS and private cloud
- Automate infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Implement observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch)
- Work across teams to improve reliability and security

Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of DevOps experience, including hands-on AWS,
- Experience with VMware or Proxmox.
- Strong Linux skills with networking and cloud security knowledge.
