Requirements
- Higher education in business informatics and relevant experience required.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIST Cyber Security Framework.
- Experience in project and process management in large organizations., Higher education (FH/University) in business informatics or comparable education as well as several years of experience as a specialist in the field of information and data security
- Profound knowledge of current standards (especially ISO 27001 or NIST Cyber Security Framework) as well as experience in implementing risk and security frameworks
- Several years of experience in project and process management, preferably in a larger company or in public administration

About the company
The Security Directorate employs around 5,000 staff. The Security Directorate includes the Zurich Cantonal Police, the Road Traffic Office, the Migration Office, the Office for Military and Civil Protection, the Cantonal Social Office, and the Sports Office. The coordination of cross-departmental information security activities is attached to the General Secretariat of the Security Directorate. We shape the further development of information security and provide various services to our offices.
Your tasks
- You support our offices in assessing and managing information security risks, in implementing their protective measures, especially creating protection requirement analyses, ISDS concepts, as well as data protection impact assessments in connection with specialist applications
- You support improvement and further development projects of information security in the offices, coordinate vulnerability management, supplier management, and work on a process-oriented, cross-departmental information security management system (ISMS) as well as assist with internal and external audit projects
- You advise our offices on information security issues and further support them with information and awareness measures as well as reporting
