Job description

  • You will take on the operational management and implementation of a website project and coordinate internal teams, external service providers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
  • You will develop strategies and action plans to achieve the project objectives.
  • You will be responsible for meeting timelines (milestones), budgets, and quality standards, including monitoring and reporting (e.g., via status reports).
  • You will develop a communication strategy for various internal stakeholders and implement it operationally.
  • You will create a training concept for internal webmasters and manage its implementation.

Requirements

  • You have a university degree in communications/media, a technical or scientific field, or possess a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of experience in project management (traditional/agile/hybrid), ideally with a technical background, e.g., digital transformation projects or website relaunches.
  • You have experience working with content management systems (ideally TYPO3).
  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • You are highly organized and stand out through a structured working style, strategic thinking, and strong conceptual skills.
  • You work as a team player and are skilled in working with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and hierarchical levels., If you have obtained a university degree abroad, we will require further documents from you regarding the comparability of your degree by the time you start work at the latest.
