Within Enterprise Solutions, the Marketing department combines technology, creativity, and data to bring customers closer to the HRS brand. It plays a central role in shaping how we engage with leads and customers across channels and throughout their lifecycle. The team focuses on building data-driven capabilities, optimizing marketing operations, and delivering personalized experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen brand loyalty.
By connecting insights with innovative technology, the Marketing department creates measurable business impact and positions HRS for sustainable growth in a fast-evolving digital landscape., As a Data Analyst (all genders) in our Customer Analytics Team, you are a strategic partner to Marketing across our B2B enterprise solutions business and B2C consumer platform.
You analyze customer segments, personas, and lifecycle behaviors across the full funnel - from acquisition to retention - using transactional, onsite, CRM, and marketing data. Your insights drive targeting precision, channel optimization, lifecycle effectiveness, and measurable commercial impact across markets and segments.
You contribute to the evolution from descriptive reporting toward predictive, AI-enabled marketing analytics and decisioning., * Derive actionable insights from customer personas and segments by analyzing transactional, onsite, CRM, and campaign performance data to identify acquisition drivers, engagement patterns, churn risks, and upsell opportunities.
- Evaluate marketing performance across the full funnel (traffic, conversion, activation, retention, LTV contribution), translating insights into clear recommendations for targeting, messaging, budget allocation, and investment prioritization.
- Design, maintain, and evolve marketing KPI frameworks and measurement standards, including attribution, incrementality, lifecycle metrics, and segment-level outcomes across channels.
- Partner closely with CRM, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams to optimize lifecycle programs, experimentation roadmaps, and personalization strategies.

Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a comparable quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a comparable role working with large-scale datasets
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud-based data platforms (ideally AWS), plus familiarity with GA4/BigQuery, Python, and Airflow
- Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality testing, lifecycle analytics, and marketing experimentation frameworks
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI) and stakeholder-facing reporting
- Knowledge of statistical methods including time series analysis, forecasting, and causal inference
- Fluent in English, written and spoken, with strong ability to translate analytics into clear business recommendations
