Job description
Design preprocessing pipelines for transcripts: speaker diarization, cleaning, chunking, embedding.
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines for call insight retrieval (e.g., topics, action items, sentiment).
- Fine-tune or prompt-engineer LLMs for summarization and QA over calls.
- Build APIs to deliver AI insights to frontend dashboards and search interfaces.
- Collaborate with product/design on conversation visualizations and feedback loops. - Rapidly prototype and evaluate new models (LLM, ASR, emotion detection).
- Design automated evaluation pipelines (e.g., WER, ROUGE, subjective quality metrics).
Technical Stack: Python * Node.js * Whisper / Deepgram / AssemblyAI * LangChain / LlamaIndex * Supabase / Pinecone / ClickHouse * OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini APIs * React * Fly.io, * Dynamic and supporting international teams.

Requirements
5+ years ML and 2+ years AI engineering experience.
- Experience leading products and projects.
- Experience with transcription, RAG, summarization, and prompt optimization. Familiar with embedding generation and vector retrieval for conversation data. Comfortable with rapid experimentation and product iteration. Startup mindset, strong ownership, and interest in multimodal AI systems.
- Experience with developer-AI productivity tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot).
