Job description

What will you do? Maintain and enhance chatbot & voicebot solutions in production Optimize conversational flows, intents and integrations Analyze and resolve incidents and performance issues Implement new business requirements Work closely with Product Owners, Conversation Designers & DevOps Ensure scalability and stability of AI solutions

Requirements

What are we looking for? ? 2-3 years of experience developing chatbots (Cognigy as main platform) ? Experience in maintenance & support environments ? Strong knowledge of NLU concepts & conversational design ? REST API integrations ? JavaScript and/or Python ? Cloud experience (Azure preferred) ? English C1 (German is a plus ) ?
