Provide IT networking Services for ALTEN' own IT infrastructure and for clients' IT infrastructures

• Support and maintain complex network systems including routers, switches, firewalls, proxies, out of band management, wireless access point and controllers, and monitoring platforms.

• Build/maintain IT networking knowledge/skills level as well as keep up with new technologies, products, and versions.

• Maintain a good relationship with Business Managers and customers.

• Attend meetings and conference calls with customers, Corp and local IT teams.

• Ensure service delivery is compliant with ALTEN CORP DSI processes and SLA's.

• Keep ALTEN Services related procedures and documentation up to date.

• Participate in ALTEN CORP DSI Network improvement developments and projects.

• Work closely with Business Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Support teams and other teams in projects or support activities.

• Work with international support teams and align support activities.

• Network fault identification and correction.

• Network optimization and monitoring.

• Maintenance of all network devices and services

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Education Level or relevant professional certifications
• Experience with Cisco and FortiGate (firewalls)
• Experience with Cisco, Aruba and HPE (switches, routers)
• Experience with Cisco and Aruba (access points and wireless controllers)
• Experience with FortiGate SD-WAN knowledge
• Experience with IT Routing and Switching knowledge
• Experience with remote access and site to site VPN technologies
• Experience with IT Network Security knowledge
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills in English (C1 Level)
• 2+ years working experience in IT
• A good understanding of IT processes
• Living in the
• Driver's license (B)
• Valid EU work permit

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• One of multiple of the following certifications: o Juniper, HPE, ARUBA, FortiGate or Cisco Network Professional certifications (CCNA R&S or CCNA SEC, JNCIA, JNCIA-SEC, Fortinet NSE-4, Aruba ACSA).

• Knowledge in routing and switching industry standards including, BGP, OSPF, VRRP, MVRP, RSTP, PVSTP, MSTP, and others.

• Knowledge expert in network security industry standards including, IPsec tunnels, 802.1X, IPS/IDS, secure protocols, and best practices.

• Knowledge in implementation and support of a network infrastructure.

• Knowledge in scripting languages (Bash, Python, Perl, YAQL, Jinja).

• Experience with Zscaler solutions.

• Experience with Alarm and Monitoring, Automation and Orchestration platforms.

• Experience with Software Defined Networks and DevOPS.

• Operating Systems knowledge (Linux, Windows, and VMware).

• Experience with datacenter management, restricted access locations and hosting services.

• Experience with ISAE3402, ISO/IEC 27000 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications (one or multiple).

• Experience with ITIL processes
