Wanted: Team Leader IT Operations to bring structure and direction to a fast-growing IT environment. In this role, you will manage the IT Support, Infrastructure and IT Projects teams and oversee day-to-day operations. With sharp priorities, process improvement and a focus on development, you will ensure - from Eersel and regularly from Aalten - that IT operations run smoothly and are ready for the next step. YOUR CAREER What you will do - Managing IT disciplines, coaching employees and conducting HR interviews; - Ensuring structure, cooperation and productivity; - Bringing clarity and predictability to IT operations by optimising and properly securing processes, procedures and the use of TOPdesk; - With your knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and hybrid infrastructures, among other things, you will be a technical sparring partner for engineers; - Coordinating IT projects and improvement initiatives - monitoring progress and coordinating with internal teams, suppliers and external IT partners.
