Job description

Do you want to work in a role where you will gain exposure to a variety of exciting projects for security clearance clients, in a role that can grant you SC and DV clearance, a variety of certifications such as Microsoft, ConnectWise, and Auditor training, as well as scalable career progression into more senior positions?

On offer is the chance to become a staple part of a Managed Service Provider who work for a variety of interesting and varied clients, specializing in IT services and support, and fully managed services to support business computer systems.

In this role you will have a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to advanced troubleshooting, automation and scripting, compliance and security, workflow optimization, as well keeping the correct documentation of configurations, changes, and compliance evidence. You will also be responsible for visiting client sites across London and the Southeast.

This role is ideal for an IT Support Engineer seeking a dynamic and varied position within a specialist MSP that supports a range of exciting clients, including MOD organisations. The position offers clear and achievable career progression into senior roles, in-house training from industry experts, opportunities to gain external certifications, and the chance to obtain both SC and DV security clearance.

The Role
