The Role:

You will play a key role in improving the usability and overall experience of the companys digital product suite. Working closely with product managers, developers and key stakeholders, you will translate product ideas into intuitive designs, user journeys and prototypes that deliver real value.Design and enhance user experiences across a range of digital productsApply user-centred design principles to create clear, intuitive interfacesDevelop wireframes, user flows and prototypes to support product developmentCollaborate with product, engineering and business teams throughout the product lifecycleIdentify opportunities to improve products through user insight and industry trendsSupport product releases and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement, Location:Fort William, Lochaber, West Highlands of Scotland Hours of work: Minimum 30 hours a week over five days (to include some evenings and weekends). Requirements

Proven experience in

UX/UI design

within a

or similarUnderstanding ofHTML, CSS and modern web technologiesExperience working within Agile / product development teamsStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetBackground in oil & gas, energy, software engineering, or product-based technology companies preferred
