Requirements
- Experienced full stack technologist able to drive pragmatic and deliverable solutions throughout all levels of the company.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex migrations from on-prem to cloud environments.
- Expertise in managing both modern and legacy technology platforms; able to rationalise and modernise effectively.
- Knowledgeable about the use of AI in modern software delivery.
- Able to design and build enterprise class software that is secure, tested and instrumented.
- Understands and can implement software practices such as CI/CD, TDD and SRE.
- Commercial and client-centric focus with strong understanding of B2B workflows and business process engineering.
- Experience in PE-backed organisations, with a deep understanding of investor expectations, value creation, and delivery pace.
