Job description
We are seeking a hands-on, delivery-focused Change Manager to support the successful transition through Transition and beyond. This role plays a critical part in driving colleague readiness, adoption, and safe delivery of change, working closely with Integrators, Product Owners, Engineering and Compliance stakeholders., As an Change Manager, you will plan, coordinate and deliver change activity across the programme. You will support structured delivery plans, translate complex delivery impacts into clear actions for colleagues, and ensure the organisation is prepared for new ways of working as the existing framework is decommissioned., Change Delivery & Planning
- Support the creation and execution of change and implementation plans aligned to milestones.
- Track change activity, dependencies, risks and readiness actions across multiple workstreams.
- Support Agile sprint-based delivery, coordinating change outputs with delivery teams.
- Maintain clear visibility of progress, blockers and actions required to keep delivery on track.
Platform & Delivery Support
- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering and Integrator colleagues to support adoption of new Route to Live workflows and tooling (e.g., Jira Cloud).
- Translate delivery and tooling changes into clear and accessible guidance for impacted colleagues.
- Support the embedding of new behaviours, processes and standards.
Compliance Area Change
- Coordinate readiness activity for Compliance functions impacted by the new model.
- Support training, onboarding and implementation activity.
- Act as a day-to-day contact for change-related queries, providing clarity, answers and support.
- Help Compliance teams adopt new ways of working safely and effectively.
Testing & Go-Live Support
- Create test plans and support execution of testing activities.
- Coordinate test communications, feedback loops and issue tracking.
- Work with teams to drive resolution of defects or gaps.
- Support go-live readiness and contribute to a safe and controlled launch.
Communications & Training
- Draft and deliver clear, plain-English communications aligned to programme comms principles.
- Support creation, publishing and circulation of guidance, training materials and readiness assets.
- Monitor colleague feedback and adjust messaging or materials where required.
Post-Live & Embedding
- Support post-go-live activity, including issue triage, colleague queries and adoption tracking.
- Help monitor lessons learned and drive continuous improvement actions.
- Support the embedding of new ways of working beyond go-live.

What You Will Bring

- Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills.
- Experience developing communications, training or readiness materials.
- Ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders and delivery teams.
- A practical, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn quickly.
- Experience working in Agile environments (desirable but not essential).
- Confidence supporting testing, though you are not required to be a tester.
- Strong relationship-building capability - essential to programme success.
