Job description
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to approximately 80 Windows 11 users both on-site and remotely.
- Troubleshoot and support Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Set up, configure, and decommission IT equipment including laptops, desktops, and Android mobile devices.
- Administer user accounts within a hybrid cloud environment.
- Perform basic Exchange Online administration, including shared mailbox management and troubleshooting.
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, device provisioning, permissions setup, and introductory system training.
- Carry out network port patching and assist with port-security related issues.
- Provide support for the organisation's CRM system, ensuring smooth operation and assisting users (training provided).
- Monitor and maintain backup solutions to ensure business data is protected.
- Troubleshoot and support issues with the VoIP phone system.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve the IT environment and internal support processes.
Requirements
This role will suit someone who enjoys hands-on technical problem solving, thrives in a fast-paced technical environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent user support. You will support a diverse user base both on-site and remotely, troubleshooting hardware, software, and infrastructure issues while helping maintain a stable and secure IT environment., * 2-3 years' experience in an IT support or service desk role.
- A-Level (or equivalent) in Computing / IT, or relevant professional experience.
