Job description
This role combines Programme and Operations Management with robust Data Management responsibilities. You will be accountable for ensuring effective disposition and timely turnaround of non-conformance submissions, supporting both client and internal engineering teams. Along with quality checking of operational data regarding manufacturing concessions, entry of this data into a management tool for analysis, processing & reporting, liaising with On-Site/Off-Site engineers around the country, monitoring customer SAP Concessions system
Responsibilities
Registering and Quality Check of data received
Identifying and extracting engineering data of interest including repeats of previous data entries / engineering issues
Validate and clarify the data, resolving queries with the originator(s) and/or specialist engineers
Format and load the data for entry into management tool
Allocate work to onsite and remote engineering teams
Monitor and progress data through an agreed work flow process
Collate data at the end of the process
Issue the resultant product
Intelligently archive the data once issued
Accountable for disposition and turnaround time of non-conformance submissions (Concessions, Deviation Permits, DARs, TADs, FPAs and other QNs).
Ensure all submissions are progressed efficiently through completion, maintaining momentum and visibility.
Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, escalation reviews, and concession flow sessions with Capability Leads; escalate issues to Coordinator Team Leader and Client Tech Leads when required.
Produce and maintain weekly metrics, quantity and age data, and report status updates.
Support the monitoring of TADs that require safety review within 48 hours and liaise with the NCA teams to ensure timely completion of safety assessments
Oversee and maintaine documents on a tracker board, Businessmap, supporting client and Capgemini workflow.
Operate confidently in a high meeting load environment, including capturing actions, taking notes, and following up with relevant stakeholders.
Manage your own time effectively to balance meetings, follow up activities, reporting responsibilities, and task progression.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and operational demands in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.
Measure (Quantity and Age) and weekly reporting required. Provide weekly update on the status of Concessions/DPs/DARs/TADs and FPAs to IPTLs.
Coordinate priorities allocation for client and Capgemini Engineering non-conformance team

Requirements
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to take accountability, drive progress, and direct resources to meet objectives.
Strong time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple meetings, actions, and priorities effectively.
Highly methodical, logical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Understanding of engineering and manufacturing drawings, processes, and terminology
Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative when required.
Previous programme / operations, or coordination experience with a proven track record of delivering improvements.
Comfortable adapting to rapid changes in requirements, workflows, and operational priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages, Macros and Power BI, with the ability to manage data, generate reports, and produce clear metrics and dashboards
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to spot errors in both numerical data and text
Experience in using SAP would be of benefit
Excellent organizational, communication and people skills
Eager and quick to learn new skills
