Job description

Finance Systems Support Desk, resolve issues, address user queries, and provide system guidance. Develop and deliver training sessions, create documentation for effective system use. Work with Finance, IT, Procurement, Delivery, and Commercial teams to deliver tailored solutions. Provide regular updates on system initiatives, facilitate communication, and drive process improvements. Conduct regular reviews of finance systems (Yardi, BlackLine, BOARD FP&A, SAP Concur, Power BI) to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.About You:You are a motivated self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, delivering high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision. Your strong organisational skills help you manage and prioritise tasks effectively. You proactively resolve system-related issues, keeping user needs at the forefront. As an effective communicator, you engage confidently with stakeholders and influence decisions. You collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring, scenario planning, and reporting. Strong working knowledge of SQL and database structures, capable of writing and troubleshooting queries to support reporting, data integrity checks, and system enhancements. Familiar with Power BI and other reporting platforms to support business intelligence initiatives and provide real-time insights for finance stakeholders. Deep understanding of revenue management and financial drivers in the real estate or data centre sector, with the ability to translate operational data into meaningful financial insights. Demonstrated ability to manage small to mid-size projects, including system upgrades, process improvements, and implementations, ensuring timely delivery while coordinating across multiple business and technical teams.About Global Switch:You might not know it, but you use a data centre like Global Switch every day.
