RSM Tax DigitalServices is our client-facing tax technology group. The team has beenestablished to design and deliver bespoke and innovative client-facing taxtechnology solutions, including technology consulting, software as a service(SaaS) and co-sourcing offerings.The successful candidate will become our newest TaxTechnology Assistant Manager within our 'data pipeline and platform delivery'capability group. Working in our London, Birmingham or Chelmsford office youwill play a pivotal role in supporting the continued development and increasingdeployment of our client-focused solutions. You will be key in the end-to-enddelivery of multiple tax technology and automation solutions, working closelywith our specialist data analytics and implementation service teams to bringtogether the best we have to offer to deliver high-quality and technicallyrobust outcomes.In addition to maintaining and delivering currentofferings, this team breaks new ground in the design/development of newsolutions - taking advantage of the wide variety or technology available at RSMto solve client problems on a global scale.Your work will focus on the ongoing deployment of orRSM Tax InSight global compliance management platform (in addition to otherselected client solutions). Activeduties will include the mapping and deployment of data pathways within thesystem, set-up of new client environments, initial population and customisationof large volumes of client database records for action tracking, ongoing PoweBIdashboard development and ad-hoc client support. You will be a visible memberof client engagement teams as a system specialist, where your communication andorganisation skills will be demonstrated alongside other high-end RSMProfessionals. Additionally, you willtrain and upskill junior team members in data analytics and automationtechnologies.In addition to developing and delivering ourclient-facing tax technology service offering, you will have the opportunity toplay an instrumental role in the commercial deployment of technology enhancedtools and solutions to support our core service lines across all taxes. As such, your customer service skills will beapplied with colleagues and clients alike.Youwill make an impact by:Maintaining and enhancing date pathways between systemsEnsuring the accurate and value-added deployment of platforms with our highest value clients.Pro-actively contributing to ongoing work to develop and enhance our systems (including instigating new-build design projects where beneficial)Collaboration with other Tax Digital Services teams and RSM professionals globally.Joining complex and wide-ranging technology projects and contributing to product delivery.Working directly with the tax technology leadership team, playing a pivotal role in the continued development of our technology service offering within our Tax business.Contributing to client RFP exercises as well as tax technology proposals.Developing an advanced level of technical knowledge through personal development opportunities.Collaborating with colleagues to effectively communicate how the technology solutions you design and deliver will benefit our client experience.Contributing to the development of junior members of the team who can learn and develop from your skills and experience.Whatwe are looking for:Are you someonewho thrives on variety, loves learning new things, and enjoys connecting withpeople?
