Job description
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will help us modernize and scale our infrastructure as we transition services from on-prem to Microsoft Azure. You'll design and build reliable, secure, and cost-efficient platforms.
- Cloud Migrations: Plan and execute the migration of workloads from on-prem to Azure with minimal downtime and clear roll-out plans.
- Design Reliable Platforms: Build highly available, scalable infrastructure leveraging Azure services (e.g., AKS, VMs, Storage, Vault, Azure, SQL,and many more).
- Infrastructure as Code: Implement and maintain a Cusing Terraform/Bicep; enforce modular design, state management, and policy guardrails.
- CI/CD & Release Engineering: Own and optimize build/test/deploy pipelines (Octopus, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions)
- Observability & SRE Practices: Define and shape the future logging & monitoring platform for product related services. Improve telemetry (logs/metrics/traces) and reduce toil via automation.
- Security & Compliance: Implement identity & secrets management platform for secret rotation & secret management.
- Operational Excellence: Improve backup/restore, DR/BCP, capacity planning, run books, and patching strategies.
- Mentoring & Enablement: Coach engineers on DevOps/SRE fundamentals; contribute to standards, reusable templates, and internal documentation.
Requirements
Do you have experience in VPN?, * 6-10+ yearsin DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering roles with production ownership.
- Cloud expertise across compute, service migration, storage, identity, security, and governance with a strong focus on Kubernetes Platform for Orchestration. Experience with Azure Cloud & AWS cloud is a strong plus.
- IaC mastery: Terraform (preferred) or Bicep; modules, workspaces, remote state, and policy integration.
- CI/CD: Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions for multistage deployments, environment strategies, and approvals.
- Containers & Orchestration: K8s and AKS (cluster design, node pools, autoscaling, ingress, service mesh, Kongand Helm).
- Observability: Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Prometheus/Grafana, or Open Telemetry.
- Coding, Scripting & Automation: Strong in Power Shelland/or Python; Experience with.net/ C# family and bash familiarity.
- Networking: Solid grasp of VNETs, subnets, peering, routing, load balancing, private endpoints, DNS, and hybrid connectivity (VPN/ExpressRoute)
- Security-first mindset: IAM, RBAC, least privilege, secrets management, image scanning, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
- Windows Server Application Stack: Basic experience with Windows Server Application stack favorable

- Proven on-prem experience (VMware + NetApp storage, firewalls, AD/DNS, backup)
