Requirements

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.

Develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring alignment with program goals and compliance requirements.

Work closely with project managers and delivery teams to maintain clarity of objectives and ensure timely, budget-aligned project delivery.

Identify and manage technical and operational dependencies across multiple initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders to mitigate risks and maintain progress.

Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, sponsors, and program leadership.

Partner with IT, development, QA, UX, and business teams to ensure seamless execution across all project phases.

Apply established project management frameworks, standards, and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient delivery.

Maintain accurate project documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer across teams.

Coordinate and support rollout activities to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of delivered solutions.

Experience managing IT projects for enterprise organizations, ideally involving Salesforce, SAP, or comparable enterprise platforms.
Requirements

Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a proactive approach and strong sense of ownership.

Ability to work across multiple teams and workstreams, with sufficient technical understanding to effectively communicate with technical specialists.

Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in international and multicultural environments.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience working with hybrid project delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile-Waterfall).

Solid understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation through delivery and rollout.

Strong self-management, reliability, and the ability to coordinate multiple parallel workstreams.

Fluent English for effective communication in a global work environment.

Fluent German, required due to project-specific communication and stakeholder requirements.
