- You will work with a wide range of technologies, from laptops and printers to handheld scanners, mobile devices and warehouse systems.
- Your work will have a direct operational impact every issue you solve helps teams work faster and ensures customers receive their orders on time.
- You will collaborate with teams across warehouses and offices, supporting both operational and business environments.
- You will gain exposure to different technologies including device management, SaaS tools, networking and IT infrastructure.

You will install, configure and maintain end-user devices, troubleshoot technical issues and provide reliable IT support to colleagues across the company.
You will:
- Install, configure and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, PDAs and mobile devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Provide user support and resolve technical requests through the ticketing system.
- Monitor local network infrastructure and escalate issues when needed.
- Coordinate external repairs and vendor support when required.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * 1 - 2 years of IT support experience.
- Knowledge of Windows and Android operating systems.
- Experience with MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
- Good working level of English. German is a Plus.
Nice to have:
- Experience with MDM solutions, Linux systems or VoIP tools.
- Experience with warehouse devices such as scanners, printers and PDAs.
- Experience with identity and access management systems like Okta.
