We're looking for a product-minded Infrastructure Engineer (Medior) who thrives at the intersection of DevOps and SRE. Someone who enjoys designing resilient cloud architectures, building robust CI/CD pipelines, improving observability, and ensuring our AI-powered systems run smoothly in production - even when things get messy (because sometimes they do ).
In this role, you'll act as a force multiplier for the technology team, helping us ship faster while keeping our platform stable, secure, and scalable.
If you like automating everything that moves, thinking in terms of reliability and scalability from day one, and collaborating closely with Data, Backend, and Product teams to turn complex systems into stable, secure, high-performing platforms… this might be your next challenge, As a Medior Infrastructure Engineer, you'll sit in the sweet spot between execution and ownership. With 2-4 years of experience, you'll bring enough autonomy to contribute from day one while continuing to grow in a high-impact environment.
Your role will bridge efficient delivery (DevOps) and operational reliability (SRE) - helping engineering teams deploy confidently and operate resilient systems.
What you'll be doing:

CI/CD Evolution Continuously improve our GitLab pipelines to make them faster, more reliable, and secure.

Infrastructure as Code Manage and evolve our AWS infrastructure (ECS, Lambda, S3) using Terraform, ensuring environments are reproducible and scalable.

Observability & Security Implement monitoring and alerting systems that actually signal meaningful issues, while strengthening our security posture and compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001 and ENS Medio.

Automation & Internal Tooling Develop internal tools and automation scripts using Bash, Python, or Node.js to simplify operational workflows.

AI-assisted engineering Leverage and experiment with AI agents and developer tools (GitLab, MCP, Amazon Q, etc.) to accelerate scripting, automation, and incident resolution.
Requirements
- Problem-solving mindset: You enjoy troubleshooting complex systems and understanding how things work under the hood - not just running commands.
- Service-oriented thinking: You see developers as your internal customers and enjoy building tools and infrastructure that make their work easier and faster.
- Technical foundation
- Experience working with:
- AWS
- GitLab CI/CD
- Terraform
- Scripting (Bash, Python, or Node.js )
Nice to have:
- Experience with Python, Node.js, or Typescript/Javascript
- Experience working with observability or security tooling
- Adaptability : You're comfortable working in a scale-up environment (~50+ people) where collaboration, ownership, and versatility are key.
