Job description

The IT Support Technician is part of the IT team and will work according to company policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements.

The primary task of the IT Support Technician is to deliver IT support to end users and administration of IT systems., * Provide first-line IT support by telephone and e-mail

  • Perform administration tasks such as managing user/group security permissions, group policies, and print services
  • Create KB's and handle documentation
  • Provide on-site and off-site support during office hours

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred

  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in IT support

  • Advanced level of English

  • Proven success in an IT role, demonstrating your expertise and experience.

  • Strong documentation skills and KB creating.

  • Great Team player

  • Self-going and motivated

  • Experienced working in Windows server environment.

  • Experienced with Office 365 and Exchange Online.

  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
