Job description
You will join the Trust & Ethics Direction and the Group Legal Department, acting as a strategic partner on IT, digital and AI projects. Your mission will include negotiating complex IT agreements, advising on digital and data topics, and supporting the organization in deploying AI solutions responsibly and at scale. You will work closely with IT, Procurement, Data/Analytics, Business teams and Compliance in an international environment. In addition to IT contracting, you will contribute to Legal Ops (templates, workflows, automation) and support broader commercial contracts when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Advisory & Contract Management (IT/Tech)
- Draft and negotiate IT contracts (SaaS, outsourcing, integration, maintenance).
- Structure digital and AI project contracts with clear, business-aligned frameworks.
- Maintain and improve IT templates and playbooks to streamline negotiations.
- Support wider commercial contracting when required.
AI Governance & Risk Management
- Support AI initiatives by assessing legal risks (GDPR, IP, ethics).
- Ensure compliance with new AI regulations (AI Act/RIA).
- Contribute to internal AI governance and regulatory monitoring.
Knowledge, Training & Legal Ops
- Create practical guides, training materials and FAQs on IT/AI/data topics.
- Contribute to legal process improvement through templates, digital tools and workflows.
- Promote efficient contracting practices across teams.
Data Protection & Compliance
- Provide day-to-day guidance on data protection (analyses, DPIAs, privacy by design).
- Draft and review DPAs and data-related clauses.
- Support deployment of Group compliance policies and awareness programs., * Contribute to impactful digital and AI transformation projects.
- Work within an international, innovation-driven legal environment.
- Help modernize the Legal function and strengthen ethics and compliance.
- Gain visibility and influence across the organization.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Law, ideally in IT/Technology Law.
- At least 5 years of experience in technology law, IT contracting and data privacy.
- Strong experience in drafting/negotiating both IT and commercial agreements.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Ability to handle complex IT contracts autonomously with sound legal and business judgment.
- Good understanding of GDPR, data protection and emerging AI regulations.
- Experience with legal processes and digital tools (CLM, workflows, automation).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, structure and proactivity.
- Interest in innovation and new technologies.
Languages
Fluent in French and English.
