Job description
RentMyHome is looking for an organised and proactive Maintenance Administrator to support the management of maintenance across our portfolio of managed properties.
This role involves coordinating property repairs, communicating with tenants, landlords, and contractors, and ensuring that maintenance issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. The successful candidate will use our property management system Apex 27 to log and track maintenance requests.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong customer service or administrative background who enjoys problem solving and working in a fast-paced environment., * Respond to tenant maintenance requests via phone, email, and online portals
- Log and manage maintenance issues using Apex 27
- Coordinate contractors and schedule repairs or inspections
- Liaise with landlords to obtain approval for works where required
- Monitor outstanding jobs and ensure repairs are completed promptly
- Provide updates to tenants and landlords on maintenance progress
- Obtain quotes from contractors and arrange works once approved
- Ensure maintenance records are accurately maintained in the system
- Assist with emergency repairs when necessary
- Process contractor invoices and maintain documentation
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, We welcome applicants from customer service, call centre, administration, or property backgrounds.

- Confident communicating with tenants, landlords, and contractors
