In this role, you will lead enterprise infrastructure initiatives, oversee digital systems operations, and guide technology programs that strengthen system performance, scalability, and operational reliability.

Working closely with executive leadership, infrastructure architects, and technology specialists, you will help shape the organization's long-term enterprise technology strategy and ensure infrastructure environments remain secure, scalable, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities:Digital Infrastructure Strategy

• Develop enterprise infrastructure strategies supporting scalable digital platforms and enterprise environments
• Identify opportunities to modernize enterprise technology systems and improve infrastructure resilience

Enterprise Technology Operations

• Oversee enterprise infrastructure platforms, digital systems, and communication technologies
• Ensure infrastructure environments maintain high levels of operational performance and reliability

Systems Integration & Platform Architecture

• Guide integration between enterprise infrastructure platforms and digital technology systems
• Support architecture strategies enabling scalable and secure enterprise environments

Technology Governance & Compliance

• Establish governance frameworks supporting enterprise technology standards and operational compliance
• Ensure infrastructure systems meet performance, reliability, and technology governance requirements

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead multidisciplinary teams including infrastructure engineers, enterprise architects, and technology operations specialists
• Develop high-performing teams focused on reliable and scalable enterprise technology environments

Do you have experience in Leadership?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure leadership, technology operations, or IT strategy

• Experience managing large-scale enterprise IT environments or infrastructure teams

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure architecture, network systems, and technology monitoring tools

Education

Pay: £95,000.00-£145,000.00 per year
