Data Design Analyst/Data Modeler

The client is looking for an experienced Data Design Analyst/Data Modeler with 6-8 years of experience to take end-to-end ownership of data modelling for data migrated from Oracle to Azure Microsoft Fabric., * Design and implement conceptual, logical, and physical data models in Azure MS Fabric

• Lead data modelling activities for Oracle-to-Azure migration initiatives
• Define and optimise Medallion Architecture layers (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
• Translate business and analytical requirements into robust data structures
• Ensure data integrity, performance, scalability, and compliance with governance standards
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Data analysis and modelling experience, problem solver
• Data requirement gathering, determine ER, ER diagrams,
• Logical data model, multi-dimensional modelling

• Strong experience in data governance, metadata management, and catalogin
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Purview (catalog, lineage, classification, glossary)
• Experience supporting cloud data platforms, preferably Azure MS Fabric
• Understanding of data warehousing, Medallion Architecture, and analytics ecosystems
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills
• Some travel or weekend support might be required

This is a 6+ month temporary contract to start ASAP
