Social & E-commerce Executive

This role links daily activity on the ground with what customers see online. You will support social content creation while helping manage and grow our Shopify store. It is a varied, hands on position suited to someone early in their marketing career who enjoys both creative and commercial work.

You will work closely with the brand, retail and operations teams to make sure our online presence reflects what is happening across the business., Social Content

• Film and edit short-form for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and instructional videos for YouTube
• Capture shooting experiences, competitions, retail highlights, hospitality, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Create simple graphics and posts to support promotions and campaigns
• Supply content for paid social campaigns
• Help maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Review performance and share practical ideas to improve engagement

Shopify Website Management

• Support the day-to-day management of our Shopify store
• Upload products, photography and descriptions
• Maintain collections, navigation and merchandising
• Assist with product launches and seasonal campaigns
• Ensure pricing, product details and stock visibility are accurate
• Work with retail and operations teams to reflect in-store activity online, * Consistent and engaging social content
• An accurate, easy-to-navigate and commercially effective Shopify store
• Clear alignment between on-site activity and online presence
• Steady growth in engagement and online sales

Do you have experience in Social media management?, * 1 to 2 years' experience in social media, e-commerce or a similar marketing role

• Experience using Shopify
• Confident filming and editing of social content using tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar
• Strong attention to detail
• Organised and commercially aware
• Comfortable working in a live outdoor environment
• Experience in retail, hospitality or lifestyle brands an advantage.
