through statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive analyticsSupport the Safety Management System (SMS) by providing data-driven insights and risk assessmentsDevelop and maintain safety dashboards, reports, and visualisations using tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel (expert level), Tableau, or similar platforms to harvest data from our Safety Data platform, CentrikCollaborate with flight operations, engineering, maintenance and other departments to support root-cause analysis and safety investigationsAssist in the development and refinement of safety performance indicators (SPIs) and targetsSupport regulatory compliance with ICAO, FAA, EASA and other relevant aviation authoritiesParticipate in safety meetings, investigations and audits as requiredContribute to continuous improvement of safety data management processes and, systemsQualificationsBachelor's degree in aviation, data science, safety management or a related fieldMaster's degree or specialised training in

Requirements
