Balfour Beatty is looking for an enthusiastic and solutions-focused Digital Delivery Co-ordinator to help drive the successful adoption of digital tools and information management across our projects in England and Wales. In this pivotal role, you'll support the Digital Lead - Operations in delivering our Digital & Information Management Strategy-helping teams work smarter, faster and more collaboratively. Working closely with project teams, supply chain partners and clients, you'll champion consistent digital processes, strengthen data quality and ensure information is managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle. You'll play a hands-on role in embedding core digital platforms, supporting the capture of accurate asset information and driving better ways of working through technology. What you'll be doing
- Support the implementation of project Information Management Plans and ensure alignment with client information requirements.
- Enable project teams and supply chain partners to confidently use core digital tools, including model-based workflows and non-graphical data.
- Drive effective use of digital platforms across safety processes, quality assurance, short-term planning and wider project controls.
- Capture, coordinate and integrate accurate asset information into the Project Information Model.
- Facilitate training, briefings and demonstrations for internal teams, clients and partners.
- Lead and support 3D coordination sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and sustainability through new digital methods.
- Support consistent data capture and reporting to enable clear, insight-driven project decision-making.
- Share best practice, lessons learned and case studies with the wider digital community.
- Promote and champion Balfour Beatty behaviours, collaboration and Zero Harm principles.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have a valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme Card, Construction Skills Certification Scheme certification?, Do you have experience in NavisWorks?, * Experience in the construction industry with strong understanding of core site processes.
- Knowledge of the UK BIM Framework and information management best practice.
- Confident user of digital tools, ideally including Autodesk BIM 360/ACC, Navisworks and Microsoft O365.
- Experience working within a Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Degree, HND/HNC or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present clearly to mixed-ability audiences.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to build strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
- Full UK driving licence and valid CSCS card.
