At Aturiya AI, we're building an AI-powered GTM platform that automates outbound sales at scale. Small team, moving fast, shipping weekly. We need someone who can own the technical roadmap - not wait for one to be handed to them.The role:You'll be the engineering lead on the product. That means you decide how things get built, not just build what's specified. You'll ship features end-to-end: from problem framing through to production. The stack is Next.Js/React on the front, FastAPI/Python on the back, PostgreSQL/Supabase for data, deployed on Vercel/AWS.Day-to-day looks like:Designing and building core platform features (email automation, lead generation, integrations, MCPs)Making architectural calls on LLM orchestration, eval pipelines, and agent reliabilityShipping fast, iterating from real user feedback, not spec documentsWorking directly with founders on product directionWhat we're looking for:You've built and shipped products, not just features. Requirements
