Salary: £34,749 to £40,939 + a range of benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The role

As a Network Support Coordinator, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our Transmission Network Operations Teams. Your role will involve delivering first-class administrative and operational support, helping both field and office colleagues stay on top of their day-to-day tasks. You'll make sure everything runs efficiently and in line with vital safety and regulatory standards - supporting the network to operate reliably and securely.

This role is varied and fast-paced - you'll never find yourself doing the same thing two days running. If you enjoy being at the heart of a busy team, take pride in your attention to detail, and like knowing your work helps others perform at their best, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

You will:

  • Manage procurement and financial administration, including purchase orders and month-end accruals to strict deadlines.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation for field-based teams across the network, including providing essential travel support during storm events and emergency response situations.
  • Oversee rotational management of the Site Login dashboard and administer Smart Keys for field staff and contractors.
  • Maintain operational trackers, standby rotas, contact lists, and routine reporting to ensure accurate and reliable operational and financial data.
  • Manage the Asset Management Third-Party Enquiries mailbox ensuring timely and professional responses.

You have

  • Experience in a busy administrative or business support role, ideally within an operational, technical or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively, manage competing demands and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Excellent IT capability, including confident use of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams).
  • A dependable and professional approach, with the ability to work well with a range of stakeholders across the business.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a wider team.
