Job description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Delivery Manager with strong Europe implementation experience to lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM projects.
This role requires a seasoned professional who can combine technical expertise, delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and business alignment to drive successful Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
You will be responsible for managing delivery, leading HCM consultants, ensuring business user satisfaction, and aligning Oracle HCM solutions with organizational goals., Implementation & Delivery Leadership
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations (Europe region experience mandatory).
- Own project planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Drive configuration and customization of Fusion HCM modules.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with best practices.
Functional & Technical Expertise
- Provide expert guidance across:
- Core HR
- Talent Management
- Workforce Management
- Payroll
- Oversee data migration, integrations, reporting, and system configurations.
- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud HCM releases and enhancements.
Team Management
- Build and manage a high-performing team of Oracle HCM consultants.
- Assign tasks, mentor team members, and drive performance excellence.
- Foster a collaborative and delivery-focused culture.
Stakeholder & Business Engagement
- Engage business stakeholders to understand HR process requirements.
- Translate business needs into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
- Provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure high end-user satisfaction.
Risk & Quality Management
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain governance standards and project documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Collaborate with Oracle and third-party vendors.
- Ensure optimal resource utilization and support alignment.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Project planning?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 12+ years of overall experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Strong experience managing full lifecycle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Mandatory: Europe region implementation experience.
- Proven experience leading HCM delivery teams.
- Experience managing stakeholders across global geographies.
- Strong background in risk management and governance., * Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules
- HCM process knowledge & HR best practices
- Oracle Cloud configuration & customization
- Data migration & system integrations
- Strong project management skills
- Change management expertise
- Excellent stakeholder communication
- Data analytics & reporting knowledge, * Bachelor's Degree in HR / IT / Business / Related field
- Oracle Fusion HCM Certifications (preferred)
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification (highly preferred)
