Job description

Work set up: Hybrid (SC clearance with UK or Irish passport or right to work in the UK and a minimum of three years working in the UK)Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Senior Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of HR solutions within the SuccessFactors ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise in the Employee Central module and a strong understanding of HR business processes. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to identify HR challenges, analyze business requirements, and propose effective solutions while guiding other SuccessFactors team members and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise HR transformation initiatives.What you will do:

  • Provide functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to support HR transformation initiatives.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to identify HR business challenges and analyze complex business requirements.
  • Design and propose solutions that address HR process gaps and operational pain points.
  • Guide and support other SuccessFactors team members to ensure consistent delivery standards.
  • Configure and support Employee Central solutions aligned with HR business processes.
  • Facilitate discussions and workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
  • Support integration and replication processes between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems.
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and delivery best practices across the project team.

Requirements

  • Ten to fifteen years of hands on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and HR transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and client management skills.
  • Ability to identify HR challenges, analyze requirements, and propose effective solutions for complex issues.
  • Experience guiding or mentoring other SuccessFactors team members.
  • Knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules including Time Off, RCM or ONB, ECP, and Compensation is advantageous.
  • Experience with replication to S4 and SuccessFactors integrations is beneficial.
  • Experience with ADM delivery and strong understanding of ITIL processes.
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
