presence is a key part of how this organisation delivers outcomes.What You'll Be DoingLeading SAP S/4HANA Transactional Banking (TRBK) transformation programmes for major banking clients.Driving platform consolidation, data migration, and process harmonisation across legacy and modern banking estates.Acting as a recognised SAP Core Banking subject matter expert within large, multi-disciplinary delivery teams.Defining target-state architectures covering deposits, lending, payments, and account management.Designing and deploying SAP Core Banking components including TRBK, Payments Central, and SAP Fioneer solutions.Working closely with senior business and IT stakeholders in Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, and Payments.Leading application design and development activity, owning delivery quality and outcomes.Mentoring consultants and helping grow the SAP Banking capability within the wider transformation practice.Supporting sales and pre-sales activity by shaping credible, value-led SAP Core Banking solutions.You will bring:Deep hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Core Banking and Transactional Banking (TRBK).Proven involvement in SAP Core Banking upgrades or migrations, ideally within large banking environments.Strong knowledge of SAP Payments Central, Product Factory, and Business Partner integration.Experience leading technical design and contributing to cross-team architectural decisions.Confidence working in complex, client-facing delivery environments.Understanding of banking regulations, risk, and compliance requirements.Strong communication skills and the credibility to operate at senior stakeholder level.Nice to have:SAP ABAP for HANA.SAP Fioneer solutions.Exposure to platforms such as Temenos, Mambu, or Thought Machine.Agile delivery experience (SAP Activate, SAFe).What You'll ReceiveBase salary of £70,000 to £80,000, depending on experience.Clear, structured progression within a global consulting organisation known for promoting from within.Exposure to some of the largest and most complex SAP Core Banking transformation programmes globally.The chance to build a long-term career at the centre of banking technology change.Access to world-class delivery frameworks, tooling, and learning pathways.Who This Role Suits BestThis role is ideal for SAP Core Banking specialists who want:Bigger programmes, higher stakes, and real delivery ownership.Exposure to tier-one banking clients.A clear step into Associate Manager-level leadership.The credibility that comes from delivering transformation at global scale.This is not a junior or back-office role.
